New Experiences | Holocaust Memorial, Berlin |
During 30 years I had prejudices. I saw this town at times of the former GDR and it kept also with these eyes. Nothing drawn me to Berlin. The Berlin citizens been "disreputable" as arrogancy. So it was, confess... but that got the past. ;) Taken the chance and spent some days there. I was surprised how beautiful the town has got. I could finally go to the "other side", too. So it was a new experience, as if I was there first time, and I was indeed, mainly totally new. I don't know what I shall take as start picture. There are so much which are great and worth to show. So I decided to take that what I like myself as photographer... the blocks in Holocuast Memorial. |

It is the heart of the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region, located in northeastern Germany. With a population of 3.4 million in its city limits, Berlin is the country's largest city, and the second most populous city in the European Union. The Larger Urban Zone is home to 4.9 million people, and is the fifth largest in the EU. Berlin is one of the most influential centers in European politics, culture and science. | | What I say myself I have started to revise my opinion of this town. It has become a bright and coloured town full of lives and light. I even start to like them. What I could visit till now is written in my tips.
And what has filled me with enthusiasm? A lot of, the cathedral, the Potsdam place, the avenue Unter den Linden , the area at the central station and the Reichstag. It is funny to be in Berlin. |
