Our guide said that this is the longest street in Europe. It is an amazing view from the top.
Grenoble has a river (called Isere) like all the other old European cities. there are lots of bridges on the river and old buildings were very well kept. I took the river picture from the top again to see it well.
Some part of the Alps surounded the city. With a telepheric you can go up and see the fortress there.
