i have traveled widely in the united states and in europe. i live in northern new jersey in the us. i'm pretty knowledgable about france and italy and can offer good advice about restaurants in both as well as nyc. i have done catering and have taught cooking and know about copper pot re-tinning. my husband is a doctor and i work in his office though i was educated as an english teacher. i will be visiting my daughter in china with my husband and two sons, one a professor of electronic music at dartmouth college and the other, an artist in brooklyn, ny.
oh, one of my favorite places in the world is anguilla, an island in the british commonwealth in the caribbean. it is paradise; i can tell you lots about it having visited there 14! winters.
