Dear Fellow Travellers,
We live in Northampton, which is in the centre of England, and is the county town of Northamptonshire.
We ski every year, often at Schladming in Austria, but have also skied at other Austrian resorts, in the Lauterbrunnen area of Switzerland and in the La Clusaz area of France.
Our travels have taken us to France, Austria, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Cyprus, Canada, Montenegro, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Samos, the Czech Republic, Kos and throughout much of the UK.

|  | The Guildhall, Northampton This attractive neo-gothic building in the centre of Northampton remains at the heart of its civic life. It was built in 1864 and its west wing was extended in 1889 - 1892. Its east wing was added in 1992. |
Northampton Annual Balloon Festival Thousands of people congregate for this annual event. Prior to 2009, it was held at the town's Racecourse Park, which is one of several attractive public parks in the town. However in 2009, it was held at the Billing Aquadrome on the south-eastern side of the town. | | |
| | St Giles Church, Northampton St Giles is the ancient (but internally modernised) church in which we worship. God has given us a beautiful world to enjoy, so it's good to praise Him for it! |
Skiing Schladming is at the centre of a great area for skiing. We have been there several times over the last few years, as well as going to other ski resorts in Austria, Switzerland and France. Unfortunately, there has been no skiing this year, following a recent operation to repair a torn muscle following my shoulder being dislocated whilst skiing last year! However, we have booked to return to Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland next year, another place that we have been to several times. | | |
