This is a very peaceful place to relax. There is everything to do here from Picnic`s in the Knysna Forest , water sports , Mountain Biking and so forth.

One thing that I always remembered about this place is the beautiful moonlight over the ocean.

Well if you looking for a nice Cheap Self-catering place then the Pine Lodge in George is definitely the place to be.

I really like staying here , its in a suburb about a 1 minutes drive into the town of George. What is even better was that the owner Sarah was very nice and made you feel at home.

The unit I stayed in was a twin room , its self catering as they have a kitchen with everything you need. Its a very nice place to stay and would recommend to all who intend to visit George. Breakfast is at 7am and is very nice with a nice variety.

Unique Qualities: Its situated in a very relaxing a quiet Neighbourhood. The staff that works for Sarah is very nice.

The rooms has their own tea/ coffee facilities, mini fridge, TV, clock-radio, electric blankets and heaters. The unit I stayed had a fully equiped kitchen which was nice.

Well my stay here was very nice. The rooms here is quiet big as they could accomodate a whole family. The owner Brian and Sue also made you fell at home. Breakfast was also very nice.

Unique Qualities: Here you could help yourself to the drinks in the fridges or at the bar and just right it down in a book that they had there.

One thing that I did`nt like was I found these 2 huge cockroaches in my room. They were really big and reminds me of the ones you get in Durban. The bathroom does`nt have too much privacy as you had these swinging bar doors so it only covers part of the doorway.
