When I arrived in Singapore and went with a taxi to my hotel ,it was the 1st time I`ve seen order in terms of driving since I`ve been in South East Asia. There was beautiful tall buildings all over and the place was very nice and clean. When I actually went walking around Singapore and saw all the signs of things not to do I was abit worried I might actually break one of these rules and get a stiff fine. Well that was not to be because for the 1st time in my life did I stand and wait at a robot and even though there was not a car to be seen ,I was left standing there until the robot changed green and signaled for me to cross. I`ve been a really person in Singapore breaking no rules. |
|  | Getting around in Singapore was quiet easy , thanks to Jen "Imstress" who helped me out with the routes of the MRT. Just like in Malaysia , the VT`ers in Singapore was just as excellent. Just a pitty I got lost the 1st time and landed up way on the other side of town and instead of going to shaw towers I went to shaw house...thanks to our map hahahaha ok it was part my fault ;0P
A special thanks to the VT`ers that I met in Singapore who really made my evening one to enjoy and to remember and a special thanks to Jen 'Imstress" who arranged the VT Meeting.

For me I really like Sentosa Island ,I found it nice and relaxing and a excellent place to take your family out for a day trip or just to go out there hanging around with your friends. Singapore is very safe I must say and for the people that smoke , I would rather say quiet smoking while in Singapore as Cigarrettes is expensive here. You can go back to your old habbits again once you leave here ;0P

Great info in a fun way, love the hotel bathroom and the durians. Also much better when you meet up with some Vters, looked like a happy helpful group. |
