hmm..what was that place called??: Traditional olde english steak house.

Goof food...some tmore traditional sides including york pudding...some bean stuff and of course gravey...depending on the meat, youre in for good taste.....not on the cheap but in the UK what really is?? THe second time round the hitch had to encourage me to eat there...in the overall theme of "value" this restaurant fell quite short....
One the good side, its where I drank my real first Guiness....(see pic with lawyers)

Favorite Dish: Prime Rib...decent mashed potates with.

Comparison: more expensive than average

Directions: Walk around, get lost just outside the square and youll find it...look for the restaurants with stairs going below ground level, lots of stained wood and certianly a menu outside displaying prices of $20 sterling/plate.
