Pros and Cons

Pros:compact, clean, neat and easy to just walk all over and again and again within a not so big area - medieval and cute sights as many times as you wander. Excellent museum to understand the amazing courage of the Estonian people to break free
Cons:Almost too squeaky clean - people here dealing with tourists talk at you rather than to you, minimal eye contact as if talking to just another tourist,many shops overpriced, many restaurants are higher prices for less quality and service

Tallin does look nice. We went to Riga instead and I enjoyed that city.
The roasted almonds with cinnamon sound pretty good to me!

Yes, the view at St. Olav's was stunning and..that is a nice painting of the artist's wife...Very nice experiences you had here in Tallinn - awesome medieval place...Norman :)))

Hi Angela, Enjoyed your page and photos, have been looking at a tour from Moscow to Poland, includes 2 nights in Tallin. Wanted to go last year but chose Portugal, Morocco & Greek Isles. Decisions!
