"how pleasantly surprised to find lovely St Paul" Saint-Paul by angiebabe

Saint-Paul Travel Guide: 45 reviews and 148 photos

medieval hilltop with cobbled streets and paths

Cute streets and houses here to wander...roses and ivy and cute windows and doors and little courtyards to poke your head and camera into...

Notable people and history....Marc Chagall

Marc Chagall is buried here...I didnt know that until I arrived and saw it advertised that he was buried here in the cemetary - so I was rather excited about that!!

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:its a lovely hilltop village that at least a couple of hours is needed to do it justice!
  • Cons:no or minimal parking in the village - I parked in the multistorey carpark built down the side of the hillside at the entrance to the town..
