"North African city in Spain" Granada by aaaarrgh
Granada Travel Guide: 1,993 reviews and 4,909 photos
What a fascinating city, central to Catholic Spain's battle against the Arab Moors. And the 'moors' are still here in large numbers, adding exotic colours, smells, restaurants and souvenir shops to the streets.
- Pros:The Alhambra will make your jaw drop. Free tapas.
- Cons:Bus and train station out in the suburbs
- In a nutshell:Vibrant blend of cultures in a busy city

Good find on Plaza de San Nicolas. I did wander around the Arab 'Albaicin' district, but didn’t happen to find this plaza. Perhaps next time.
hi nice to see yr interesting page here Sean - wonder if Catarina and Carlos are the same pair I watched for flamenco?(have a pic of them in one of my tips). hope all is well with you.
I'm visiting Granada in September. Great page. The humor made it that much more enjoyable. Thanks!
Great stuff. Got to Granada, got robbed within half an hour, went back to Marbella never to see the Alhambra. Will return one day.
I'll be on the watch for small pudding portions ;-) Nice page!
