    designed by the famous building master of the classicism, Karl Friedrich Schinkel, In use from 1828 to 1902 it applies until today as one of the most unusual buildings of lighthouses at the Baltic Sea.

    • Strandkörbe or roofed wicker beach chairs are a very German tool on beaches. You can rent them on all public beaches. They are for use in sunshine, rain and even storm. They have a roof, so you are protected against sunburn, rain & winds. The all cost about 7,-- € some more, some less. If you rent them for more then a day you get a key so you can store your personal beach items. They also have little tables where you can put your food or books.
