Anamur is a district of the Turkish province of İçel with a population of about 65,000. It is situated on the southcoast of Turkey, between Alanya and Mersin (Icel). Anamur is famous for its bananas and peanuts. You will also find tourists, but much of them backpackers. Anamur is a wonderful seaside resort with good and cheap hotels and restaurants and lovely beaches.
For sure the place where the ruins of Anamur are situated is amongst the ten most beautiful places I've ever been to!!! |
