One place that you have to visit when in lebanon is baalbek, even if you're not interested in historical sites etc, this place is a must see, the sheer size of it will make you stare in awe at the ruins.
In the summer months it's host to the baalbek festival where many famous musical artists perform on the weekends at night.
Baalbek has to be one of the most romantic places i've ever seen, the place is so vast and the setting is great for just sitting around and relaxing for a day. |
