Love at first sight

When I arrived in Munich years ago as Erasmus-Student, it was love at first sight. I liked this city so much that I decided to come back and to do here my research doctorate.
I love living in Munich because this town has all the advantages of a big city without its disadvantages. Munich offers a lot of entertainment, culture, good food, shops, but at the same time it preserves a particular kind of quietness and joie de vivre that has nothing to do with the typical frantic big-city-life.

What I most love of Munich is that this city is rich in green. Besides the famous – and enormous – Englischer Park, you'll find a lot of other nice green spots and parks, which make this city so pleasing, livable – and lovable!
