I've visited Philadelphia three times: once in 1996, the second time in December 2004, and the third (and currently last) time in September 2006. I didn't spend very much time in this city on either of my visits (none of them lasted longer than 24 hours). During 2006's extended Labor Day weekend, I decided to visit both Philadelphia and New York; I found Philadelphia to be much nicer this time around than my last visit. However, it probably would've been even better had not Tropical Depression Ernesto been dumping rain continuously on the city while I was there. |
