Grant Grove Village in Kings Canyon National Park has the large Grant Grove of giant sequoias, where you'll find General Grant Tree, the third largest living organism in the world and the Nation's Christmas Tree. Besides the giant sequoias, Grant Grove has some other attractions, including the sweeping view from Panormic Point, at 7,200 feet above sea level. Grant Grove is a sort of mini-park; it's almost like an entire national park of mountains and giant trees packed into a small unit only a few square miles large.
