Gui Lin Restaurant: Gui Lin Restaurant

This is the typical American version of a Chinese restaurant, although the food here actually is not bad. Service is mediocre, and while the food contains a good deal of MSG, they taste good. There is a wide selection of items on the menu. I believe the restaurant is named after a scenic area in Southern China.

Favorite Dish: I think it's called (in English) the Seafood Tofu Soup (something like that) in Chinese, Ba-zhen doufu bao. It's better for the tofu than the seafood, although there are also vegetables and BBQ pork tossed in. Also, the roast porl (kao jhu), they do it much better here than in many other Chinese restaurants in the area.
