"Why choose Waterloo / Cedar Falls" Waterloo by JanInWloo

I'm a middle aged woman with high school aged kids. For me, Waterloo / Cedar Falls is a great place to live. The cost of housing is very reasonable. The quality of medical services is high. There are several universities, a symphony, community theater and other cultural events. The bike trails are wonderful, over 80 miles in the metro area. It only takes 15 minutes to get from one side of town to the other. People are friendly. There are people with a diverse set of political and religious views, so you should be able to find a place to fit in that way. It's a great place to live and raise kids.
