Bangkok

by luv2tango - last update: Oct 19, 2004

Our first impression of Bangkok was a grey looking, traffic filled city but by the end of our first day we realized what a fascinating city this is. The temples, the river, the beautiful smiles of the Thai people were incredible. We truly hated to leave and most certainly would like to return some day to explore this city even more.

I certainly have to try the Vertigo restaurant next time I visit Bangkok!

My granparents live in Bangkok during the winter months. I hope to see them there this year. We've got to go to Vertigo, that place looks awesome!

Will probably have a stopover for a couple of days in Bangkok on my next trip to Europe so these have been very valuable tips for me. Thanks Anita!
