Getting TO/AROUND: There are daily flights from Málaga to Madrid Barajas, it takes about 50 minutes and the air companies that runs are, Iberia, Spanair, Air Europa and Vueling, (the last one only on summer). Prices are ok if you book in advanceHay vuelos diarios desde Málaga al aeropuerto de Madrid Barajas, el vuelo tarda unos 50 minutos, las compañias que operan son Iberia, Spanair, Air Europa y Vueling, (esta última solo en verano). Los precios están muy bién si lo reservas con antelación.

Getting TO/AROUND: Metro is the best option to move in Madrid is cheap, clean and fast. Our hotel was a bit far from the center and the metro station was near the hotel. We bought the tourist pass for 5 days and paid 14.20 euros and include metro, bus, light railway and the ride from the airport, with the tourist pass you don´t have to pay 1 euro extra to the airport. For the ones who don´t need to buy the tourist pass, they can buy single ticket for 1 euro or the one of 10 tickets that cost 6 euros.El metro es la mejor manera de moverse por Madrid, es barato, limpio y rápido. Nuestro hotel estaba un poco lejos del centro y la parada la teniamos a unos 50 metros del hotel. Compramos el abono turisticos de 5 días el cual incluye metro, autobús, metro ligero y alguna línea de cercanias y el viaje desde el aeropuerto. Para los que no necesiten abono turisticos pueden comprar el billete sencillo que cuesta 1 euro o un paquete de 10 billetes que sale por unos 6 euros.

Getting TO/AROUND: Walking on the streets of Madrid is a fantastic option, there are so many places to see and visit, have a drink or some food. There are walking tours where you´ll learn more about the history of MadridCaminar por las calles de Madrid es una de las mejores opciones, hay tanto por ver y visita o incluso para tomarte algo. También hay visitas guiadas donde te cuentan mogollón de cosas sobre la ciudad de Madrid.

Getting TO/AROUND: Málaga-Madrid in only 2 hours and 30 minutes, thank you AVE. Is the high speed train and service begun on december of last year. If you buy the tickets online in advance you can get a very good discount almost 50 %. Is a very good choice thinking of a day trip to Madrid.Málaga-Madrid en solo 2 horas y media y gracias al AVE. Es el tren de alta velocidad y comenzó el servicio allá por diciembre del 2007. Si compras los billetes a traves de la web de renfe puedes conseguir buenos descuentos de casi el 50%.

Getting TO/AROUND: Is the best option to visit Madrid in a day trip, there are two routes the red one or Madrid Histórico and the blue one or Madrid moderno. The ticket cost 16 euros for one day and some euros more for 2 days. When you reach the bus the staff give you a map and headphones to listen the info when you´re in the bus.Es la mejor opcion para visitar Madrid en un día, tiene dos rutas la roja o Madrid Histórico y la azul o también llamada Madrid moderno. El billete cuesta 16 euros para un día y varios euros mas si lo pides para dos dias. El personal del autobús te da un mapa con información con las paradas y los auriculares para oir la informacion durante el viaje
