World thinker, theologist, bishop, educationist and politician J.A.Komensky (1592-1670) spent three years of his life in Fulnek.
This small town with its almost 6000 citizens lays in Moravskoslezsky kraj (Moravia-Silesian region) 25 km SW of Ostrava.
