Ashburn is 30 miles west of D.C., located in Loudoun County, Virginia, the fastest growing county in the nation. There are an assortment of townhomes, single-family homes and apartments in the Ashburn area. Schools and shopping centers are popping up all over. Ashburn is becoming the ideal place to live. Our townhome is part of a subdivision of "Z" houses. Seven to Eight are connected, in a staggered formation, giving greater privacy on your back deck and yard. Each townhome consists of 3 levels and 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4 baths. Each with an attached garage.
