This view, taken from the vineyard of Audrey Wilkinson, shows why the estate is so popular among those who prefer to take a baguette, some good cheese and a bottle of wine outside to nosh. Though no cafe on site, some artisan cheeses and good bread can be found nearby.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have a courtyard table to ourselves at Roberts (at Pepper Tree). This memorable evening was shared just feet from the vineyards as we sat and watched the sun set over a small chapel at the edge of the vines. The food was superb and service spotless! I couldn't help but want to capture the moment. We are in other shots but the dinner by candlelight makes viewing somewhat difficult.

BJ couldn't be a better host with a well maintained property and small vineyard. Within walking distance to Roberts at pepper Tree and 45 minutes from the furthest wineyard. Margan Estate is worth the short drive and has both phenomenal wines and great food. Sally at Scarborough Estate insisted that we give Mark's cuisine a go and it wasn't until we tried Lemon Blanched Asparagus with fresh goat cheese and roast capsicum (bell peppers) that we understand the Aussie passion for Semillon. Please DO TRY the Botrytis Semillon paired with (at the time) Lime & Vanilla Bean Pannacotta!
