Dallas

by littlemissneve - last update: Oct 20, 2004

Hey Y'all

So if you want to experience the real cowboy life then texas is definitely the place to come.

First thing I noticed about Dallas is that it is soo flat (well except for the syscrapers)
Second thing is that it is sooo warm which then confsed me about the third thing. The cars (or should I say trucks) are so hugh ! !
I'm only 5ft 3 so I had to climb into them all. Plus everyone seems to have leather seats.

Why would you buy a car with leather seats that will only bake in the sun when you park it burning your ass when you get into it - go figure

Anyway Dallas is quite nice.

Automatically have to do the obligatory Book Depository tour which is actually quite informative. Would advise you to go for the headphones as it tells the story really well and even gives accounts from real witnesses. Plus you actually get to look out the actual window where Lee Harvey was.

After this tour I'll let you draw your own conclusions over what actually happened. It did result in some discussion after

After this you can go and see the grassy knowles and where it all happened.
