Vegas - what can I say
It's like Disney World for adults. Everything seems so artifical, nothing real. Every hotel is like a different land in disney with even the staff members dressing up.

Spend time on the strip seeing all the free shows. My favourite are the Bellagio Fountains the ony classy thing in a tacky cheesy place. There is also the volcano at the mirage, the weird robotic thing at Caesars Place.

Do go and visit the old strip, it is a lot tackier but should be seen to see the light show.

I found about 3 / 4 days on the strip was enough and was glad to get the chance to get of the strip and take a day hiking in Red Rock Canyon. Seeing all the beautiful red coloured rocks was lovely.

Taxi from the airport to the strip is only about US$10.

Watch out as people stand on the street pushing leaflets advertising girls in your face. Not great if you have kids with you. They'll even do it if there is a couple although noticed they don't do it to girls walking along.
