ROXY-SURFER-GURL, World Traveler

by roxy-surfer-gurl - last update: Oct 7, 2004

North America

A wonderful place I've been to-the Brooklyn Bridge
I live and grew up in the United States, so naturally I was curious where I could travel to that was close to home.

At first I went to Mexico, little parts of Canada, Cuba, and Hawaii, but then I decided I should go to places I had never dreamed of before.

South America

I decided to go visit some wonderful places in South America like Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica and Chile.

Africa

When I was 15 I blazed my way to another continent: Africa.

I visited Egypt, Morocco, and Zimbabwe.
The pyramids in Egypt
That famous tower in Paris

Europe

Six months after my adventures in Africa I decided it was time to move on.

A ticket to Europe was less expensive than one back home so that is where I next headed.

I adventured in France, Italy, Russia, Spain, and Ireland.

Australia

On my 16th birthday I headed home and within 3 months got restless again and set off for another trip.

I dirtbike, water ski, snorkle and scuba dive, bungee jump, parachute, etc. but I really love to surf. This time instead of my curiousity, my favorite sport drew me to a new land.

I had heard that Australia was a surfer's paradise so I headed there and visited Northern Australia, The Great Barrier Reef, and New Zealand.
I love to surf so I ventured to Australia

Back Home

After surfing in Australia for 8 months I returned home.

I am 17 years old and I love to travel; I also love my family and that's why I always come back home to San Diego, California.

In a few months I know the old adventure bug will start digging at me again, so I'll grab a couple friends and head off to Paraguay maybe.

After all, life's an adventure.
