Globetrotting

This page is the combination of the list of destinations my wife and myself have been to.

My wife is travelling a lot more times than I do as she is working in an international unit.. always on the move :)

Among places that we have been together :-

1. London - 1st place we travelled abroad ! Loads of fond memories .. :)
2. Paris - nice trip to Euro Disney
3. Brussels - short stop on the way to Holland
4. Amsterdam and Volendham (very beautiful fishing village)
5. San Francisco - where we had a really delicious dinner at Fisherman's Wharf Pier 39
6. Los Angeles - visited Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studio
7. Cape Town - stayed in the area of V&A Waterfront .. nice place
8. Medina - the home of Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. - nice place, the people too, loads of historical sites and of course the best of all .. Masjid Nabawi ..
9. Mecca - Saudi Arabia - the best trip of our life ! So many things to remember .. so many places visited ..
10. Sydney - a free trip ! Courtesy of my company :)
11. Bandung, Indonesia - where we met a very very nice and helpful VT member which now has been our best friend - Ms. Happy - Happy to meet u and thanks for everything .. and we miss local cuisine (Nasi Padang Simpang Raya) :)
12. Vienna - went there during winter ! Nice experience :) Luvly christmas market .. all over Vienna ..
13. Salzburg - also in Austria, this is where they shot "Sounds of The Music" .. nice small town
14. Munich - Marianplatz .. nice :)
15. Zurich - wow.. finally we made it to Swiss ! Nice city !
16. Interlaken, Swiss - our hub to the ALPS ! No words to describe how we felt being here .. the air, the people, the sceneries, the mountains, the rivers, the lakes, the cows and their cow-bells, the trains of course .. and the list goes on and on.. we wanna go there again !!
17. Queenstown, New Zealand - awesome !! gorgeous !!
18. New Delhi, India - Textile paradise ! Bought a lot of cottons and sarees :)
