Journey from Perth to Hyden - Waverock

Hyden is located in the Shire of Kondinin.

Shire of Kondinin is made up of three towns, namely Kondinin, Hyden and Karlgarin. Kondinin is located 272 kms west of Perth. Karlgarin is 45 kms east of Kondinin and Hyden is 60 km east of Kondinin.

The attraction, Wave Rock and Hippo Yawn is located 5 kms east of Hyden.
Perth to Hyden - Western Australia

We took the Albany Highway (120) from Perth connecting to Eastern Highway route from Brookton, Corrigin,Kondinin to Hyden (40).

The drive from Perth to Hyden is about 345 kms and it took us about 6 hrs 30 mins.

Waverock

Finally we reached the famous icon of Hyden - Waverock!

Not far from it is Hippo Yawn.
