  • Lumpini Park is located in the heart of Bangkok, at the junction of Rama IV and Ratchadamri roads.

In front of the park is the monument of King Rama VI, built in 1941.

You will pass by this monument if you take a walk from Sala Daeng to Suan Lum Night Bazzar.

  • If you would like cheap bargains but would not like to shop in the heat then head for Suan Lum Night Bazzar. The shops are more orginised and there is a big food court you can go to which opens till late at night.

hi there. you have some great tips. I'd like to stay at Wendy's guest house but was wondering whether it's near Millennium Hilton in Bangkok or if there are other guesthouses in the Klongsan area. Thanks

Is Chatuchak Market really closed? What a shame if it is real! I had the best time shopping here while in Bangkok! I was still hoping to go back to Bangkok mainly to shop there. :(
