The Logistics | Approaching the Porch of the Church |
St.-Loup-de-Naud is a small town with a 12C church and is totally oblivious of its possible interest. We would have liked to study its interesting interior, but could not locate the caretaker (would it be easier if there had been cellphones?). St.-Loup was Bishop of Sens (d. 623); somehow the monks managed to get his remains. There are inside a 12C and a fine 14C statue of the Virgin as well. We had to settle for the outside details which are the Tips. |
