The main street with the castle - Füssen

The town of Fussen is very nice and it is situated in a beautiful zone to few kilometers from the famous castles of Ludwig (Linderhof, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau). To my opinion the city deserves a visit because it has some interesting testimonies of its past as summer residence of the bishops of Augsburg like the beautiful castle and the houses to its feet.

A great part of Germany and unfortunately most Neuschwanstein-tourists miss this lovel town !

Thanks colleague Cristian (I mean aerospace engineering) for bringing back memory about this beautiful town from a fairy tale... I guess Chaikovsky (one of your favorite composer) decided to create his Swan Lake after visiting Shwansee nearby...
