Saint Moritz is a nice small town in the Kanton Grischun. It is very nice to spend a day here: you can relax on the lake, walking, skying on the Bernina and also making shopping.
The best way to reach this fantastic town is by Train. From Tirano (Italy) to Saint Moritz there is the Bernina Express:it's a great experience because you can see wonderful landscape and you climb the mountain to the Bernina Piz (2253 m.), you pass the Lake of Paschiavo and finally you arrive to the nice Tirano in Italy.

Christian, brilliant photos here. I spent only about 1 hour in St. Moritz when changing trains for the Bernina Express. Have a lovely weekend.

St. Moritz has always been associated with the celebrities, jet-setters, etc. But it's nice to know that it's a very quaint, pretty town. Very beautiful photos!
