The town is between Switzerland in the east and Germany in the northwest.
It is a perfect place to relax, very close to some importants Swiss and German
monuments (like Lindau or St.Gallen). The town is very nice with a promenade and the annual summer music festival: Bregenzer Festspiele.

This area sounds nice! I like a promenade either for walking or just sitting and taking in the scenery. Thought the little Chapel was a cutie!

Glad you had a good visit to Bregenz. I have been to Bregenz twice for the summer opera festival (in 2002 and 2005) and enjoyed it very much both times.

Another attractive place this time in Austria! I liked Oberstadt and Pfarrkirche St.Gallus. The view on Lake Constance is fantastic as well as the promenade. Thanks Cristian for the virtual tour!
