The small town of Livigno belongs to the province of Sondrio, in the Alps. Livigno is very famous thanks its many fantastic ski racetracks which made it one of the best place of Valtellina where to ski!!!! From Livigno become Giorgio Rocca, the winner of slalom specialty 2006. But Livigno is known also for its particular tax status as duty-free area. Italian VAT is not paid. You can go to buy goods at substantially lower prices, especially tax-free gasoline, but you must pay attention because there is a maximum quota of goods that one can take back at home!!!!!
Enjoy your visit!!! |
