So, you probably wonder why I have added Bercy among the "Warning tips" (or you don't care at all, and you don't ask yourself any question, and it's OK with me too...) ...
Well, it's pretty easy to understand : Bercy, for french people, means the Ministry of Finances... Indeed, the quay of Bercy is the place in Paris where this Ministry is situated. On TV or in any medium, journalists will refer to this place when they mean the ministry that decides what fate has in its tax store for them....

I've just found a former UFO !!! Situated in the western side of the "jardins du Luxembourg", nobody had noticed it until I realized ET had left his vehicle among the foliage od Paris, and not in the US !!

IIIrd - Arsene Lupin

You have probably heard of Arsene Lupin, the most famous french thief ???
Invented by writer Maurice Leblanc, the "housebreaker-gentleman", described as a handsome and charismatic man who always succeeded in stealing the most outrageously protected diamonds, belongs to the popular imagery of many frenchmen...
As an example, a really bad movie about him was released a few weeks ago and more than 1 million people have watched it (unbelievable for such a bad movie !!). Arsene Lupin used to love leaving by the roofs after his forfeits.... This picture is dedicated to him...

... it is not due to an infringment of the Law !! The Paris Court of Justice (Palais de Justice) is situated on the island of La Cite, in the heart of the city. You may visit some of its most beautiful rooms : among them, the 1st of the Court of Appeal is wonderful (the photograph was taken there). Don't forget to catch a glimpse of the Sainte Chapelle, one of the most brillant churches of Paris, whose entrance is common to the Court of Justice's.
