I have stayed here numerous times. It is dependable as well as safe. Very helpful staff.
Unique Qualities: The location on Time Square is terrific for business or vacation. The bar off the lobby offers great views of the Square.

Dreadful. Bad room upgraded to worse. Door locks not functioning, things falling apart and filthy!
Unique Qualities: The only unique quality is that it is in such disrepair. I do hear it is going to be under new ownership soon though. Hopefully to be either demolished or fully renovated.

I can sum my stay up rather easily. $600 for nothing! I had reservations, called a week in advance to cancel and they still charged me for one night stay. They had record of my call but claimed it was to make the reservation, I clarified that the record would show that the reservation was made about 3 weeks in advance. They still charged me. I sent it over to the lawyer who will charge me more than the $600. Will I stay there again? Not in this lifetime!
