Harbour Town

Fremantle Harbour
Fremantle has been WA's main port since 1829 and is still the major commercial port and handles the majority of the state's imports and exports.

The port city has a long standing maritime history and many buildings of architectural interest reflecting the life and times of the early settlers of the Swan River Colony.

E Shed Markets

The E Shed Markets are WA's only waterfront markets and located on Victoria Quay and house a large variety of market products and souvenirs, a selection of local fine art work and crafts.

There is also an international food court which provides Australian and Asian foods, a licensed bar, coffee shops, juice bars, ice-cream parlours, a bakery and fresh produce stalls.

A dinner with view over the harbour! sounds nice. I am not a sleepwalker, but will be careful if I spend too much time with pilsener in the little creatures brewery.

The bad thing about going shopping abroad is that you have to carry all those things around...
