Glenelg is a popular beach-side suburb of Adelaide and is located on the Gulf Saint Vincent.

It was established in 1836 and is the oldest European settlement on mainland South Australia.

 nice to see this tram, BUT I prefer the place where the name was taken from most probably : Glenelg in Scotland, a peaceful, remote hamlet, east of the Isle of Skye.
