The Gold Coast in south east Queensland stretches along 70km's of golden beaches from South Stradbroke Island in the north to beautiful Rainbow Bay at Tweed Heads in the south.

    This place sucks. It's expensive and you only get to drive on a narrowed path and overtaking isn't allowed. what's the point?

    I just spent a week on the gold coast and always make a point of going to Pac Fair. Thursday is a good day to go as its there late night. Fav stores would be: Myers (wish we had Myers in NZ), Rockmans, Target, Works, Wombat.....just to name a few.
