It is a premier holiday destination for families or for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
The most unique feature of Surfer's Paradise is that you can walk off the beach right into the heart of the CBD with shops, restaurants and cafes close by.

I guess the kids like a lot that place; lots of things to do, but. . . . I hoped to see a bit about surfing. . . . .
A maze where you need to feel your way out! I'd be lost in there, I hope they count their visitors.

I thought this was closed until late 2009?? It closed a couple of days after I arrived for a holiday in September last year (2007).
The Costa d'Australia :). Did you try the Fly Coaster? Seems like fun...
