Novotel Brighton Beach is well located overlooking Botany Bay and offers resort style surroundings and facilities for both the business and leisure traveller.
Close by there are numerous cafes and restaurants as well as a small shopping arcade. Bike tracks and running paths run parallel to Botany Bay.
The resort is within shouting distance of Sydney Airport... not that anyway would hear you above the roar jets... but in theory you could be heard.
It still amused me that I reckon I could have walked from the airport in about 15 min yet it took about half an our by taxi. That says a lot about the traffic conditions in Sydney.
Unique Qualities: If you do find yourself staying here make sure you ask for a room with ocean views. From your balcony you get sweeping views over Botany Bay and also glimpses of the city skyline past the airport.
