Day 6 - From Goold Island we set out across our largest stretch of open water to explore the absolutely pristine Wheeler Island which is a part of a group of tiny islets comprising the Family Islands.

The time here was well spent by exploring our very own private little island (for a short time) and snorkelling in the clear waters or by basking in the gloriously abundant sunshine.

Sadly, from here, the journey was drawing to a well deserved close with a short scenic paddle to South Mission Beach on the mainland, our final paddling destination.
