How we discovered Las Terrenas We went to Dominican Republic Last year.
We first wanted to have a global view of the country so we started our trip in Boca Chica (lot of prostitution, not a lot of things to do and see). We went east to Bayahibe. Beautiful place but still not a lot to see nor to do since we are entering the place of "All inclusive" and tourists do not leave their hotel. Beaucause of this there is no development around "all inns". Then we moved to the north to Cabarete.
Cabarete is a good place for holidays if you like kitesurfing. Lots of cheap hotels, things to do at night since the population there is quite young. In one of our tourist guide there was a place highly recommended, Las terrenas, for its virgin beaches, its beautiful village, and all the things to see and do. So we ended there and it's there where all begun....:o) |

Watersport activities Las Terrenas is also well known for Kitesurfing... Since I cannot add other chapter, Las Terrenas is also fantastic thanks to its people, so frienship !!! ;o) |
