Part Of a Land forever British First things first, Gibraltar is easy enough to cross into(if your taking a car) and a nightmare to get out.the Spanish are still very upset that this part of the country is owned by the British and feel rightly or wrongly it should be theres. So most days huge traffic jams appear from the entry point, right up to main street. However speaking to Gibraltans they are very patrotic to the British. Its amazing to know that just 30 minutes by ferry is the land of Africa. The people are friendly, helpful, the beers good and the history of the place is overwealming, it is everywhere, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave! The Apes, Europes only ones living freely are quite entertaining but very protective of themselves and their loved ones.St Michaels cave is staggering and the monument of the ancient world can be spellbinding. |
