My New Home I moved to Lawrence at the end of August 2008 and I'm still getting to know the city. I pretty much have thrown myself into work, but now I'm starting to explore the area a little more.
Massachusetts Street, our downtown area, is where all the action is. Shops, restaurants and the club scene can be found in this area. |
|  | We take our sports seriously. In 2008, KU's football team won the Orange Bowl and our basketball team rocked the NCAA tournament.
While I'm not a big football fan, I do love me some basketball. There is nothing like the atmosphere inside the historic Allen Fieldhouse. The place is packed to the rafters, the crowd is pumped and we go wild when our boys take the court. |
