hi massimo.I know what you mean about china just being one big tourist trap! It is!But Im hopeful that it will change for the good before 2008!
We2364 is a good ambassador for China. She's also got some great pages, you should check them out. Anyways this is a great tip about the "language student" trick...I'm still laughing! Well, the Chinese are many things, one of them for sure is SMART!!!
So bad Beijing gives you such a bad impression, no 5000 yrs of history, but language students. Yes globalization has smashed many pieces of China and money has dominated the rule of China, while many good traditions are gone! Big crying :(((
