Having stayed in quite a few hostels, i would say this isn't much different from the norm... but it is clean and friendly, and you do get free internet and a free breakfast - which i slept through today, so can't tell you how good it is! There's a decent tv room with good sofas, and another video room downstairs, and a huge kitchen... We're in a twin room, and it is petite, but cozy enough... only thing i think it misses is somewhere to put your stuff... there are a few hooks, but there's not really a real place to put your bags. But i guess that's not a huge deal for the rest of the stuff you get... like your own sink...
We're not right in Temple Bar, which is what i would call central to a visit to Dublin, but it is well located, and only a short walk to practically anything. The other bonus is there's a bus direct from the airport that drops you off just over the street, for only 1.80 Euros each way... not bad at all!!! (That's 16A for ref and goes right down O'Connel St too!)
