The Scene Sea Isle, in my opinion, is definitely more geared for the party people. The scene is definitely the college to early 30's crowd. There are certainly people of all ages here, but that is the age group that definitely rents the large majority of summer homes.
It's stereotypical SJ beach town. It's great. Have fun. |
