Karlsruhe After being offered a job in Germany I moved to Karlsruhe in 2003. I'm very grateful for this opportunity to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Germany is amazingly clean, safe and organized, and Karlsruhe is the perfect location for travelling around Europe. I`m also lucky in the fact that I often have to travel often for my work, often that just means seeing the inside of airports and offices, but occasionally I get some time for sightseeing too!

Wonderful VT Meetings My 3rd VT meet was another Glühwein meet, the 5th Karlsruhe Weihnachtsmarkt VT meeting. Bernd and Christine organised a fantastic weekend, unfortunately we could only make it for the Glühwein as we were departing to Chicago the next day. Nevertheless it was great to get back into the swing of VT, and great to meet some old and new friends! My 2nd VT meet was on the lead up to Christmas, we headed to the Karlsruhe Weinachtsmarkt for a gluhewein, and then headed on to the Badishe Brauhaus for a bite to eat. Again, it was a real pleasure to meet you all! My first VT meet was at Andreasbrau in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen. It was a great introduction to VT, showing me the real pleasure of this great site, meeting fantastic people with interesting stories.
