| Paddington Bear- The Real One |
My second trip to London. A much different experience on my own. The first time I went was on one of those youth tours, and great as the experience was I always wanted to go explore around on my own. While London was not our main stop, or my favorite place in England, it was a place packed with adventures around every turn. Such as the scary shower, the debate over the correct word to call flip flops or thongs (American versus British), the search for the most expensive shower sandals in all of the world, the hostel where you can (and I quote their motto) "wake up with a new friend" every morning, Harry Potter's Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station, and of course Paddington Bear. |
| | The Tower of London The Tower is always cool, but also very expensive. EVerytime I've gone, I've always purchaced another silver bracelet from the gift shop. There has been no other bracelet int he world that has fit so well. Now that my second one is almost worn out, I guess it's about time for another visit to London and the Tower!
This is Hannah in front of the Tower. |
| | Of all the hostels in all the world... ...We had to walk into this one!
Can you say scary? |
